Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip “Bean” Bars- 92 calories

Ingredients

    •  1/4 cup Egg White
    •  1/4 tsp Salt
    •  2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    •  3/4 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
    •  1/2 cup Oats
    •  1.4 serving (serving = 32 chips) Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    •  3 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    •  1.5 cup Garbanzo Beans
    •  7.5 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

 Directions

Step 1: Blend all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) (batter will be thick and you may need to scrape sides of blender a few times)

Step 2: Pour batter into greased square brownie pan and spread batter evenly with a rubber icing spatula

Step 3: Evenly spread and press in 1 1/2 servings of semi sweet chocolate chips (45 chips)

Step 4: Put in oven @ 350° for 25-30 minutes – take out and let cool

Step 5: Divide into how ever many servings you want and enjoy (I divided into 16 bars – I suggest using a smaller pan than I did so they come out thicker – will affect macros)
