Italian Marinara Pizza Bread Bake
 You will need:
For the bread bake
-6 tablespoons flour (except for almond and coconut)
-1/2 teaspoon oregano
-1/2 teaspoon basil
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-a few grinds of black pepper
-1 egg
-2 tablespoons milk of choice
-1 tablespoon water
-1 tablespoon tomato puree
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease and line a small round baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In another, whisk the wet till incorporated. Gradually pour dry into wet, stirring to incorporate. You should get a thick wet batter. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes while you prepare the rest:
For the tomato sauce and others
-3 tablespoons tomato puree
-1/2 teaspoon oregano
-1/2 teaspoon basil
-1 tablespoon water
-1/2 tin of olive oil packed light tuna
-anything else you may want–bell peppers, mushrooms…
-1 slice cheese (or a handful of grated cheese)
Heat all ingredients except last two in a dish over small heat, stirring to prevent it from burning. When it starts to bubble slightly, turn the heat off and remove from stove.
Slice off the top of the cooled bread bake at an angle such that there is a hollow inside. Pack the tuna tightly in a heap on the base with any other ingredients you want, then pour your warmed tomato sauce all over it. Top with the cap and the slice of cheese. Broil in the oven for 4 minutes. Serve warm.
