Paleo Chocolate Protein Tart with Blueberries
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
Pinch of Baking Soda
1/8 Cup Maple Syrup
Dash of Vanilla Essence
1. Mix all Dry ingredients
2. Mix all wet
3. Mix all and press into a small pie dish (only about the size of a handspan) and bake in oven on high until golden (10-15 minutes)
4. Remove and cool
1 teaspoon of Gelatine
300gm Mashed Banana
1 Egg (seperated)
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 scoop of Protein Powder (I used ON Chocolate Casein but I think any would work)
1. Mix Gelatine, Banana, Egg YOLK, Almond Milk and Protein Powder and stir over low heat until it boils then remove immediately and chill.
2. Beat the Egg white with stevia until thick and frothy.
3. Fold the cooled Filling mix with the egg white, pour into crust and chill overnight.
