Breakfast Bowl: Banana Almond Crumble

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serving: One breakfast bowl

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 bananas
  • 1.5 TBSP raw carob powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP whole raw walnuts
  • 2 TBSP whole raw almonds
  • 1 TSP raw cocoa nibs
  • 1 TSP raw shredded coconut

Directions:

Base:

1. Blend 2 banans, carob powder, and ice until smooth and pour into a bowl.

Layer:

2. Layer slices of one banana on top of the banana carob blend.

Crumble:

3. In a food processor, combine dates, cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds and process until the ingredients are finely chopped into a solid crumble. Pour the crumble over the sliced bananas and top the bowl with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs and shredded coconut. So easy, so delicious!
