Caramelized hazelnuts. Yum. This is like an oat-hazelnut-cinnamon crunch, and is great to use as a topping, for pretty much anything!
1/2 cup Hazelnuts
1/2 cup Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Honey
Chop the hazelnuts and put in a dry skillet (with no greasing) together with the oats and roast Until it gets some color and starts to smell. Be careful not to burn it! Add cinnamon and mix everything with the honey, so That it makes a crunch. Enjoy!
