1 egg white
1/8 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
slice of bread
Heat up a pan to medium heat.
Put egg white, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl, I would recommend a plate with high edges so that its easier to soak the toast but whatever is available, and mix well. Add bread to mixture and let is absorb the liquid. Flip.
When pan get hot enough put bread into pan. I left mine for about 2 minutes and but you can see when the egg is cooked it turns from translucent to white. Flip. I found the second side didn’t need as much time as the first but just leave it until your happy with it. Serve with garnishes of your choice, berries and honey are recommended!
