This is my all time favorite stuffed mushroom. It’s extremely low calorie, feel free to eat two if your still hungry!
Chop a little of each: onion, tomato, and spinach
Use 3 tablespoons of fat free cottage cheese
-Put 1/2 inch of water in a pan, bring to boil
-Place mushroom in water, boil on each side until soft
-Stuff with mixture
