4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups cool water
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp sesame seeds
Process flour, water, oil, salt & baking powder for 2-3 min. Remove dough from food processor, place on a plate & cover with a towel, let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lightly flour your work surface. Thinly roll out dough until 1/8 in thick (add flour if dough is sticky). Sprinkle dough with sesame seeds & salt. Roll the dough a few more times to embed the seeds & salt.
Cut dough into 2 in wide strips. Lay each strip on a greased cookie sheet & bake 15 min, or until golden & crispy.
Let cool, then break crackers into desired size. Keep stored in a sealed container or Ziploc bag.
