Raw Nut Butter, Pepita and Linseed Oat Bars


2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup pepitas

1/2 cup linseed

1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl stir together:

1 cup nut butter of your choosing ( I use sunflower seed, almond or walnut for the best results)

1/2 cup honey/ agave nectar/ brown rice syrup

Combine all the ingredients well adding more nut butter or honey if the mixture isn’t sticky enough. Line a slice tin with glad wrap and press the mixture firmly into the tin and cover with more glad wrap. Leave to set over night in the fridge
