Pepper Hummus


1 red pepper

1 can of chickpeas


lemon juice

tahini or sesame seeds

olive oil



Roast your red pepper. Add 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas, garlic, half a lemons worth of lemon juice, 2 spoonfuls of tahini or 4 of sesame seeds, the roasted red pepper and a little bit of olive oil ( my advice is to start with a small amount of olive oil and add as  it is required) and blend until smooth
