- 2 free range, organic Eggs
- Half a banana, mashed
- Half a medium zucchini, grated
- 20 gr. of protein powder, or flour of your choice (I personally like mine with either vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, quinoa or oat flour)
- Stevia and ground Vanilla to taste
Mix the ingredients and cook in a non stick pan on medium to low heat. Serve with fruit, nut butter or topping of your choice and enjoy.
