Buckwheat Chai Spiced Granola


 one cup of buckwheat (soaked for 8 hours, rinsed and drained)

one apple (diced and blended until a purée)

rice malt, maple or golden syrup 

a mixture of chai spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cloves) all to taste.

Combine all ingredients then dehydrate until crispy if you don’t have a dehydrator place in the oven on the lowest setting with the door slightly ajar, or if you don’t mind them not being raw simply spread on a baking tray and bake!
